We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our International Corporate Services (ICS) team.

The successful candidate will be involved in providing comprehensive corporate advisory and administration services to a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality solutions to help them navigate both routine and complex business challenges. This is a unique opportunity to work with top-tier clients and gain exposure to a broad spectrum of corporate services and international business advisory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate statutory and regulatory compliance by continuously monitoring and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review management accounts and statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Support and follow up on the audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Perform and oversee banking operations ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards and are processed accurately
  • Support projects related to international tax (direct and indirect), estate planning, wealth structuring, and family office advisory
  • Liaise with external associates and authorities in Cyprus and internationally ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
  • Support ad hoc projects, offering advice to address client needs and complex business challenges

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • University degree in a business, economics, finance or a related discipline. A postgraduate degree will be considered a plus
  • Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office and relevant accounting/financial software

Remuneration and benefits

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates based on qualifications and experience.
